1. Overview

At ArtHead, we take pride in delivering premium artistic products. Each item is carefully crafted and quality-checked before dispatch. Please read our Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

2. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • The original invoice or proof of purchase is mandatory

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the artistic and customized nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized canvas artwork
  • Asymmetric tiles made to order
  • Designer carpets created on demand
  • Wearable art with size or design customization
  • Digital artworks and Giclée posters once delivered

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Clear images or videos of the product and packaging must be shared for verification.

5. Return Approval Process

Once your return request is received, our team will inspect the details provided. Upon approval, further return instructions will be shared via email.

6. Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original mode of payment. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

7. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to product availability and approval. Customized products are not eligible for exchange unless damaged upon delivery.

8. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to damage or an incorrect item sent by ArtHead.

9. Cancellation Policy

Orders once processed or dispatched cannot be cancelled. Customized or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled after confirmation.
