2. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The item is damaged or defective upon delivery
- An incorrect product was delivered
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of receiving the order
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized artworks
- Wearable art items once worn or washed
- Designer carpets and tiles with signs of use
- Items purchased on sale or clearance
4. Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side
5. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or defective products, subject to availability. ArtHead does not offer exchanges for customized items.
6. Shipping for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled only before they are processed or shipped. Once production begins, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
